Lose Weight Quickly With Dieting
It’s no secret that to lose weight, you need to diet and exercise regularly. However, most people are only willing to do one part of that equation and that is the dieting part. It is hard enough for them to bring themselves to go to a gym or to step outside and talk a walk so instead they figure that if they change their eating habits that they will lose weight.
Of course, there is some truth to that. If you do in fact change your eating habits and begin to eat healthier you will not only feel better but you will lose weight. Each day millions of people are either already on, starting or finishing some type of diet. There are probably a couple hundred different diets out there and while you may lose weight in the first few days you typically tend to gain in back shortly thereafter. One of the most popular of these fad diets is the 3 Day Diet which as the name implies is done for 3 days and is supposed to shed 10lbs or more. What people don’t seem to realize or know is that this is all water weight and none of it fat because of the restriction of food on the diet. Due to the restriction many people being to expel more water than they intake, thus seemingly dropping your weight.
While it may seem like the diet is working, you aren’t actually burning any fat. Most people will need to incorporate exercise into their diet to actually burn real fat. Once people have done the diet for 3 days they switch back to their old eating habits and put the weight back on just as quickly as it came off. Water weight can be replaced more quickly than actual fat can thus the sudden and quick increase in weight gain. There are many other fad diets out there alongside the 3 Day diet yet without proper nutrition, exercise and a change in overall lifestyle losing weight can become an uphill battle that most can never seem to win.
